Michelle Barna-Stern founded MBS Digital in 2022, bringing over 21 years of experience in marketing and communication strategy across industries including nonprofit, CPG, tech, and health & wellness. With expertise spanning both agency and brand roles, she has developed a versatile and holistic approach to strategy and leadership.
Since launching MBS Digital, Michelle has worked closely with senior leadership at organizations and brands, providing strategic marketing leadership, innovative solutions, and measurable impact.
Before founding MBS Digital, Michelle served as Vice President of Global Digital Marketing & Strategy at Elite World Group, where she developed a global framework for turnkey digital strategies, led digital programs to drive sales growth, and cultivated relationships with key clients and licensing partners.
Prior to that, as Vice President of Global Social Marketing & Strategy at Movado Group, Inc., she shaped the brand’s digital communications and influencer strategy, managed cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across digital channels, and developed data-driven digital strategies for product launches, campaigns, and co-op marketing initiatives.
